Laughing Life offers safe, welcoming spaces where people can pause, breathe and experience guided laughter — no jokes, no pressure to be funny. Just practical tools that support mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. It’s not a quick fix. It’s a gentle, effective way to regulate stress and reconnect with yourself and those around you.

WHAT TO EXPECT

how sessions work

Every Laughing Life session is designed to be welcoming, fun and pressure-free. You don’t need any experience, special skills or even be in a ‘’good mood” to participate and benefit.

Sessions typically include introductions and ice-breakers to make everyone feel comfortable,  some laughter wellness education, a series of playful laughter exercises, some relaxation and discussions around how to incorporate more laughter into our daily lives.

 

Everything is guided, and you’re always in control of your own participation level.
 

Duration

Sessions typically range from 45 minutes to 2 hours depending on the format.

No experience necessary

Sessions are designed for complete beginners and require no prior knowledge

Laughter events & experiences

We offer a range of regular community and networking laughter events which anyone can join - the focus is on laughter, socialising and food! What’s not to like?!

 

Alternatively, we can craft a laughter experience to be woven into larger gatherings — think festivals, markets, charity days, community or birthday celebrations. The focus is on shared joy and spontaneous connection, not instruction.

 

Sessions can be short (20–30 mins) or up to an hour, and are designed to be a highlight of the event rather than a standalone workshop.

These are structured, guided laughter wellness sessions - typically 60 -90 minutes - where participants explore the importance of laughter wellness, humour and playfulness in our lives.

 

Designed to educate as well as uplift, workshops are ideal when people want to understand the practice.
