Get ready for an afternoon filled with titters & giggles, tea & cake and great company!
Welcome to one of my regular community laughter events which anyone can join - the focus is on laughter, socialising and food!
After introductions, we'll share a series of intentional laughter exercises together and enjoy their powerful wellness benefits – in just a short time of group guffaws and giggles we can:
